About the Role
We're looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent with a genuine competitive drive to join our residential sales team in San Diego County. This isn't a role for someone looking to coast — you'll be working alongside top producers on one of the region's highest-volume teams, with the tools and lead flow to match your ambition.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Generate and convert leads, including exclusive leads provided by the team
- Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and closing
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of service
- Stay current on San Diego County market conditions and listings
- Collaborate with and push alongside a high-performing team
What You'll Need
- Active California DRE real estate license required
- Prior real estate experience preferred
- A competitive drive and a track record of setting and chasing goals
- Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only, independent-contractor structure
- Strong communication and client-relationship skills
- Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings in San Diego County

Compensation
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role — not a salaried W-2 position. There is no guaranteed base pay; income is earned entirely through commissions on closed residential transactions. Earnings vary significantly based on experience, production, and client base.
