Meet Our Team:
Grant Price – Managing Director: Grant has been with Northwestern Mutual for over five years and currently serves as Managing Director of Radnor - NM. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Grant worked in player personnel and recruiting with the University of Tennessee football program, where he developed a strong foundation in talent development and team building. Outside of work, Grant is passionate about spending time with his wife, Hailey, and their two dogs, Bear and Ziggy (a Lab and Border Collie). He also enjoys staying active through CrossFit.
Teresa Fratini – Associate Director of Selection: Teresa brings a unique perspective shaped by over 20 years as a client and more than a year as a leader within the firm. She focuses on attracting and developing individuals who want to grow, lead, and make an impact. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two kids, Anthony and Clare, and their rescue pitties—Lego and Donut.
Steve Eberbach – Financial Advisor: Steve has been with Northwestern Mutual for over 10 years, serving his clients as a proud partner of Clarity Financial Planning Group while also helping drive the development of advisors through his leadership role as Growth & Development Director. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Steve worked as a civil engineer, bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills into his financial planning practice. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active in nature.
About the Role: At Northwestern Mutual, you will be part of a team that helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and financial planning. Your role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
- Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
- Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
