- Passionate About: Outside of the office, Sawyere enjoys staying active through fitness, snowboarding, and mountain biking. He’s passionate about personal development, his faith, and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
Trevor Grayson - Growth & Development Director:

- Prior to: Trevor worked as a Corporate Project Manager at Select Health and ran several side businesses. He also played college soccer.
- Passionate About: Trevor is an endurance athlete with a love for triathlons, mountain biking, and skiing. He and his wife are raising five children, and he thrives on staying active and involved with his family.
Sebastian Lawson - College Unit Director:

- Prior to: Sebastian came to Northwestern Mutual from a background in medical sales.
- Passionate About: He is passionate about mountain biking, running, snowboarding, and personal development. At home, he enjoys life with his wife and their three children.
Chris Smith - Financial Representative:

Position Overview:
As a Financial Advisor you will play a critical role in helping clients secure their financial futures through comprehensive insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Customized Solutions: Develop personalized insurance plans that align with clients' long-term financial strategies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and advice as their needs evolve.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide clients with the best options available.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all recommendations and sales comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Compensation: $84,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
