Caroline Dove, Managing Director:
- How long with NM: 16 years in the industry, 14 with NM (since college).
- Prior to: Started as an Associate Advisor in college, then moved into Operations, recruiting, and leadership. Promoted to Managing Director in 2023.
- Passionate about: Caroline values family time with her husband and 1-year-old daughter, exploring Savannah’s historic spots. She enjoys golf, travel, and cheering for her SC Gamecocks. A bucket list item is meeting Dolly Parton. Caroline is committed to growing the firm with advisors seeking impact, income, and independence, and is active in Savannah’s Women in Finance Group, Emerging Leaders Council, and Estate Planning Council.
Jack Green Jr., Certified Financial Planner:

- Prior to: Started his career with NM immediately after college.
- Passionate about: Jack is married with four kids (including twins). He enjoys golfing, fishing, skiing, and playing the guitar in his free time.
Adeline Branch, Financial Representative:

- Prior to: Prior to joining NM, Adeline worked at SunTrust Bank (now Truist) as a Medical Client Advisor in their Private Wealth Management division, where she worked exclusively with doctors and their families to address their financial needs, including banking, lending, and investments.
- Passionate about: Adeline is passionate about her kids and enjoys watching them play sports and compete. A sports enthusiast, she’s a fan of the Yankees, Knicks, and Giants. She and her wife also love traveling the country and experiencing new places.
Kirk Farkas, Associate Wealth Management Advisor:

- Prior to: Prior to joining NM, Kirk worked in P&C Insurance and holds a BA in Political Science. The majority of his career was spent in legislation and policy within the Georgia Senate.

Meghan Newell – Growth & Development Director, Financial Advisor:

- Prior Experience: Owned her own business for 13 years, where she coached women on launching and growing their businesses. She also taught financial classes and guided individuals and couples on how to pay down debt efficiently.

Position Responsibilities for a Financial Representative:
- Educate clients on financial planning and insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with a local supportive team.
Position Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
- Life insurance license and FINRA certifications (or willingness to obtain).
