Mandy Kendall - Market Leader
  • How long with NM?: 2 years
  • Prior experience: Vice President of a Health/Life Brokerage Insurance Firm. Studied at Caplan University and Southwestern IL University.
  • Passionate about: Family first, being outdoors, hiking, and traveling. A strong advocate for foster and adoption care, with active involvement in a large campus ministry and a community feeding program that serves about 250 families per month in Madison County. Favorite sports team: St. Louis Cardinals.
Blake Schuette - Financial Advisor
  • How long with NM?: 23 years
  • Prior experience: Construction Superintendent for a residential home construction company for 5 years before joining NM.
  • Passionate about: Traveling to Tennessee with his family, flying (Blake is a student private pilot), and helping clients think and plan generationally. Blake enjoys spending time with his wife Mindy, their two adult children Isabella and Elijah, and their families. They enjoy traveling together, particularly to Eastern Tennessee, where their son Elijah lives.
David Wenge - Financial Advisor
  • How long with NM?: 5 ½ years
  • Prior experience: District Sales Manager for Ecolab for 11 ½ years.
  • Passionate about: Personally, David is passionate about serving God, family, and maintaining strong character. He is a leader within Royal Rangers, mentoring boys weekly, and participating in trips to help those in need. He also partners with “Gleanings For the Hungry,” a Christian non-profit organization. Professionally, David is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners across the US to become financially well-positioned, always striving to connect clients with the resources to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities: As a Client Advisor, your primary role will be to engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs, providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their financial protection and planning goals. You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect any changes in their circumstances or goals will be crucial to ensure continuous protection. Additionally, you will cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations.

Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
