Meet the Local Leadership Team:
Dakota Easterly, District Manager: Dakota has been with PMA for nearly three years. Before joining the team, he worked as a route delivery driver for a propane company—often heading out before his family woke up and returning after they were asleep. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his wife and four kids.

Bradley Ralls, Regional Manager: Bradley has been with PMA for 3 years and quickly moved up the ranks due to his strong work ethic and leadership development. Prior to joining PMA, he worked as a Union Ironworker. Outside of work, Bradley is a devoted family man and an avid deer hunter who enjoys spending time in the woods whenever he can.

Ethan Ralls, District Manager: Ethan has been with PMA for nearly two years. Before joining the team, he served as a 0311 Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, hitting the gym, and keeping up with all things UFC.

Sean C Quick, State Manager: Sean has been with the company for 17 years after starting in the spring of 2008. Prior to PMA, he worked on the Athletic Field Maintenance crew for the Parks & Recreation department of the City of Columbia. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters on their rural property outside of Columbia. He also enjoys playing golf with friends, traveling with family and live music.

Insurance Agent Role Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Present plans clearly using our digital tools and software.
  • Provide ongoing service and policy support to build long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure coverage stays aligned with life changes.
  • Maintain organized records and follow compliance standards.
  • Take part in ongoing training and development to grow skills and opportunities.
