The Role
You'll be part of a professional installation crew installing seamless aluminum gutters using our gutter machines at residential and commercial properties throughout DuPage County.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Fabricate and install seamless 5" and 6" K-style gutters on-site using gutter machines, as well as half round gutters
- Install gutter guards, downspouts, and gutter accessories
- Perform tear-offs and replacements of existing gutter systems
- Work on homes ranging from simple ranch styles to complex multi-story properties and commercial buildings
- Interact professionally with homeowners during installations
- Maintain organized, clean job sites, service truck and warehouse
- Ensure all work meets our quality standards (and exceeds customer expectations)

- ❌ Big box store sectional gutter experience (Home Depot, Lowe's snap-together systems)
- ❌ Installers who see this as "just a job"
- ❌ People who cut corners or rush through work

Requirements
Must Have:
- 2-3+ years of seamless gutter installation experience
- Hands-on experience operating gutter machines (coil-fed seamless gutter fabrication)
- Strong understanding of proper gutter pitch, hanger spacing, and water flow
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (single-story through 3-story homes)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Professional demeanor - you'll interact with homeowners daily
- Reliable transportation to our Lombard shop (work trucks provided for job sites)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with gutter guard systems (Raindrop, LeafBlaster, etc.)

What a Typical Week Looks Like
Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (approximately)
- Meet at Lombard shop, load trucks, review job schedule
- 2-3 installation jobs per day (varies by job size)
- Return to shop, clean equipment, prep for next day
Occasional Saturdays: During peak season (spring/fall) for emergency repairs or to catch up on backlog
Weather: We work year-round, but extreme weather days are rare (safety first)
